InspectorData: $629.91 (after a 90-day free quarter). Spectora: $1,308. HomeGauge: $1,068 ($89/mo). Tap Inspect: $1,080 unlimited or per-inspection. ISN: $1,875-$3,625 depending on volume. 3D: $1,199-$1,399 upfront.
The hidden costs
Watch for setup fees (ISN charges sometimes), per-inspection add-ons (Tap Inspect optional), and template migration (most charge for it — InspectorData doesn't).
